My second posting; right now, I'm trying to get the Carrick Knowe Parish Church website more widely known. What's particularly good about the website is that it has some cracking pictures of the minister, Fiona Mathieson, and yes, I know I'm biased. There are also some pictures of the service to launch the 75rh Anniversary Year, where the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, the Right Reverend David Arnott, preached. Onwards and upwards.
Carrick Knowe Parish Church is on Saughton Road North, and the website link is http://www.ckchurch.org.uk/ - click on the link and you'll get there. As the website says, it's the friendly church at the heart of the community.
